Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi) Program is designed to meet the needs of both the avid competitor and the dedicated hobbyist, while remaining accessible to beginners. Students with prior experience in grappling arts will find a natural progression into our training, while newcomers are given simplified, beginner-friendly tasks that allow them to integrate smoothly into class.
Training follows a systematic approach, focusing on the study of key positions alongside their related attacks and escapes. This structured method ensures steady technical growth, whether the goal is competition, skill refinement, or personal development.
In addition to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, we also offer Judo classes, giving students the opportunity to develop a well-rounded game.
Classes are taught in English. Coach is also proficient in Estonian.
Our Submission Grappling (No Gi) Program is tailored more for the avid competitor and the dedicated hobbyist seeking a faster-paced, more intensive training environment. Classes emphasize advanced techniques, including leg locks, safety tips, and a wider range of submissions, while also developing competition-specific strategies for various rulesets. With a focus on tactical application and high-intensity practice, this program is ideal for those looking to sharpen their skills and perform at the highest levels.
