For beginners, we recommend purchasing a 10-class pass or a twice-weekly adult training pass and starting with the Node Essentials class on Fridays at 18:00 or Wednesdays at 09:00. After the first 10 sessions, we encourage you to gradually add more classes each week. We tailor our classes to suit all levels and goals; however, our Monday morning and Wednesday evening classes are more focused on preparing students for competition.
Experienced grapplers can join a trial session whenever they like.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts.
Wear spats or shorts and a T-shirt or a rash guard.
For Gi classes, we ask you to wear a jiu-jitsu kimono. If you need recommendations, please speak to your coach. A kimono is not required for your first few classes.
Bring flip-flops to wear off the mats.
Bring a towel and shampoo for showering after training.
Make sure your fingernails and toenails are trimmed.
You can also pay via Stebby.
Please send us en e-mail with ticket number, after you have made purchase from Stebby.
