New to jiu-jitsu or grappling? Ready to give it a try? Already experienced but want to work on your fundamentals?
Our Essentials Class is the perfect place for all levels. It’s a 16-week rotating program designed to build your jiu-jitsu skills from the ground up. In a safe, friendly, and welcoming environment, you’ll learn and improve the core principles of control, movement, and submissions — the foundation of effective grappling.
No prior experience needed — you can join anytime. Come alone or bring a friend and train with us every Friday at 18:00 and/ or Wednesday at 09:00. The training sessions in the same week share a common theme.

Classes are taught in English. Coaches are also proficient in Estonian.

Week 10: Escapes from Side Control
Module 5: The Mount
Week 11: Escapes from Mount
Week 12: Moving to Mount & Holding Mount & Attacks
Module 6: The Back Mount
Week 13: Attacks from Back Mount
Week 14: Escapes from Back Mount
Module 7: The Standing Game
Week 15: Hand Fighting & Takedown Fundamentals
Week 16: The Guard Pull
After Week 16, the cycle repeats, starting from the beginning.
