Build confidence, learn self-defense, and have fun!
Kids will develop the skills to set boundaries, use their voice, and handle challenges safely and confidently.

Responsible coaches
Coach Rob, a Canadian with Filipino roots, has lived in Estonia since 2011. He is a father of three and teaches kids jiu-jitsu at the International School of Tallinn and at Node Grappling.
Coach Kris, inspired by her boxing-trained brothers, has 20 years of experience in K-1, boxing, and Muay Thai, and has coached adults and children at Pride of Lions gym in Tallinn for 10 years.
