Hosted by Node Grappling & Pride of Lions Muay Thai. Ages 6–14.  No experience necessary!
Build confidence, learn self-defense, and have fun! 

Kids will develop the skills to set boundaries, use their voice, and handle challenges safely and confidently.

Games, movement, teamwork, and tons of fun every day!
