Led by the only female black belt in Estonia, Sophia Ashley, this one-hour session is designed to help you build confidence, learn the fundamentals, and feel at home on the mat, at your own pace. We focus on essential techniques that give you a foundation - so when you're ready, stepping into our weekday classes feels natural, not daunting.
Classes are taught in English.
